  2. Check your gear: Anybody who wishes to participate in winter sports is encouraged to check that their gear has no defects leading to accidents.
  3. Exercises: One should engage in warmup exercises to strengthen their muscles and ensure that the heart is in good shape and ready for winter sports. Muscle cramps can cause serious injuries.
